Zapier, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Xero and QuickBooks: connect, use and disconnect.

- Zapier: automate Macaaw with ZapsConnect Macaaw to Zapier with an API key. Start Zaps when a task finishes, an agreement is signed or an invoice is approved, and run Macaaw actions.
- Slack: messages when agreements and invoices changeConnect a Slack channel with an incoming webhook and choose which Macaaw events post a message there. Names stay out unless you switch them on.
- Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive: save and import filesSave tool results and library files to Google Drive or Dropbox, open their files in any tool, end a workflow with Save to, and use OneDrive in Macaaw Scan.
- Xero and QuickBooks: send approved invoices as billsSend approved invoice checks to Xero as draft bills or to QuickBooks Online as bills, with supplier, lines, VAT and the invoice PDF. CSV or Excel for Sage.
