About converting spreadsheets to PDF
Spreadsheets are built for screens, not paper, which is why printing them often gives you a stray column on page five. This converter turns every sheet in the workbook into PDF pages, in tab order, and keeps cell formatting, borders, colours, merged cells and charts. The fit to page width option shrinks each sheet just enough that all its columns fit across a page; rows still run on to as many pages as they need. Leave it on for most workbooks. Turn it off if you have already set a print area, page breaks or scaling in Excel, because the converter then follows the settings saved in the file. Hidden sheets, rows and columns are left out, as they would be when printed. Formulas are shown as their calculated values. For very wide sheets, consider setting landscape orientation in Excel before you convert, as it gives each column more room and keeps text readable.
Limits: files up to 25 MB with a free account, 200 MB on Pro and 500 MB on Business; up to 3 files per task on Free, 50 on Pro and 200 on Business. Each workbook counts as one Office conversion: 10 a month on Free, 300 on Pro and 500 per user on Business, shared across the workspace.
Before you sign in, files can be up to 25 MB and you can run 10 server tasks a day. A free account raises this to 25 MB and 10 tasks a day.

Excel to PDF: frequently asked questions
Why does my spreadsheet print across too many pages?
Usually because the sheet is wider than a page. Keep fit to page width on and the columns are scaled to fit across one page.
Are all the sheets in my workbook converted?
Yes, every visible sheet is converted in tab order. Hidden sheets are left out, so unhide any you need first.
Will my charts appear in the PDF?
Yes. Charts placed on a sheet are drawn into the PDF where they sit on the page.
Can I convert a CSV file?
Not directly. Open the CSV in Excel or another spreadsheet program, save it as .xlsx, then convert that file.
