About reordering and rotating pages
Scanned documents often come out in the wrong order or with pages on their side, and merged files sometimes need a page moved from the end to the front. This tool shows every page as a thumbnail you can drag to a new position. Rotation turns a page by 90 degrees at a time, so one press fixes a page scanned sideways and two presses fix one that is upside down. Rotation is stored as a page setting, so the content itself is not redrawn and text stays sharp and selectable. Dragging works with a mouse; with a keyboard, or on a touch screen, use the arrow buttons under each page. You can also delete pages, add a blank page after any page (it takes the size of the page before it) and add every page of a second PDF at the start, the end or after a page you choose. Check the thumbnails before you save; what you see is what you get. If a stack of double-sided pages was scanned as all the fronts and then all the backs, Combine double-sided scans puts them in order for you in one step, which is faster than moving each page. If the pages are simply in reverse order, Reverse order fixes them with one press.
Limits: one PDF per task, up to 25 MB with a free account, 200 MB on Pro and 500 MB on Business. Browser tools have no daily task limit. Very long files show many thumbnails, which may be slow on older phones.

How do I rotate just one page?
Press the rotate button on that page's thumbnail. Other pages are not affected.
Does rotating a page reduce quality?
No. Rotation changes how the page is shown, not its content, so nothing is recompressed.
Can I turn a page upside down?
Yes. Press rotate on each page you want to turn; every page can be turned by 90, 180 or 270 degrees.
My double-sided scan is out of order. Can this fix it?
You can move pages by hand, but Combine double-sided scans does it in one step if you scanned all fronts, then all backs.
Can I add or remove pages here?
Yes. Delete a page with its ✕ button, add a blank page with its + button, or add the pages of another PDF with Add pages from another PDF. One extra PDF can be added per task.
