Is Macaaw really free?

Yes. Every browser tool and the scanner are free with no limit and no watermark. Server tools are free up to 10 tasks a day, or 10 with a free account. Ads keep it that way; Pro removes them.

Where are my files processed?

In your browser for 20 tools and the scanner. Everything else runs on our servers in London and is deleted within 2 hours at most.

Are e-signatures legally binding?

Macaaw uses simple electronic signatures with an audit trail and a signing certificate. In England and Wales an electronic signature is valid for most agreements; deeds and documents that need a witness need another form.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Plan and billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
