About invoice data extraction
Typing invoice details into a spreadsheet or bookkeeping system is slow and easy to get wrong. This tool reads each PDF invoice, scanned or digital, and finds the fields you most often need: invoice number, invoice date, supplier name, supplier VAT number, and the net, VAT and gross totals. The results appear in a table with one row per invoice. Every field comes with a confidence score, and any field below 80% is marked so you can check it against the original before you export; nothing is exported until you have had the chance to review it. Clear, straight scans and digital invoices give the most reliable results. Unusual layouts, handwritten amounts and invoices in several currencies are the cases most worth checking. Each document costs 5 credits, whatever your monthly allowance, and if a job fails for a system reason the credits are returned automatically. Your invoices are never used to train any model. For general tables, Extract tables may be all you need.

Extract invoice data: frequently asked questions
Which fields are extracted?
Invoice number, date, supplier, supplier VAT number and the totals (net, VAT and gross).
What does a marked field mean?
We are less than 80% confident it was read correctly. Check it against the invoice and correct it before export.
How much does it cost?
It needs Pro or Business, and each document costs 5 credits. Credits for failed jobs are returned automatically.
Does it work with scanned or photographed invoices?
Yes. Scans are read with OCR. Straight, sharp scans give the best results; photos can be turned into a PDF with JPG to PDF first.
