About extracting pages
Extracting is the quickest way to share part of a document: one chapter of a report, the signed page of a contract, or the payslips for a single month from a year's worth of scans. You choose the pages, and they are copied into a new PDF in page order, exactly as they were, with text still selectable and links still working. The original file on your device is not changed. You can mix single pages and ranges, for example 1, 4-6, 10. If you want the pages in a different order, extract them first and then use Reorder and rotate. If you need several separate files rather than one, use Split PDF, which gives you a ZIP. To keep most of a document and drop just a few pages, Delete pages may be easier, since you only list what to remove. Extracting a few pages from a large file is also a simple way to make it small enough to email.
