What happens when the trial ends?

We email you 3 days before. If you do nothing, your plan starts and your card is charged. Cancel before then and you pay nothing; you simply move back to Free.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Moving to yearly takes effect at once with the unused time credited; moving to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.

How do Business users share allowances?

Each user adds to one shared pool — for example 10 users share 10,000 OCR pages a month. Admins can set a cap per person.

What is the cloud library?

An optional, encrypted place to keep scans and finished files so they sync between your phone and computer. It is off until you turn it on, and you can empty it any time.
