Franchisors ask
Can the franchisee and a guarantor sign in order?
Yes. Choose signing order, add each signer, and each one is asked only when the person before has signed.
Do franchisees need a Macaaw account?
Not to sign. They open the link in the email and sign on any device. They can create their own account if they want the tools for their own work.
Does a watermark stop a manual being shared?
No. It shows whose copy it is, which discourages sharing. Add a password for stronger control and send it separately.
Can field managers run audits from a phone?
Yes. Turning photos into a PDF and compressing it work in a phone’s browser, and Macaaw Scan can be installed as an app.
How are allowances shared?
On Business, allowances are per user and pooled across the workspace, so a busy month for one team uses what another does not.
Can each franchisee have their own documents?
Yes. Franchisees can use Macaaw on their own Free, Pro or Business plan for their own paperwork. Agreements you send from the support centre stay in your workspace, where admins can see them all.
