The customer signs the job card at the desk with Sign PDF, or you send the estimate for signature when extra work is found, so nothing is done without approval. The signed copy carries a certificate showing when the customer approved the work.
Inspection reports with photos
Photograph tyres, brakes and bodywork during an inspection and turn the photos into a report the customer can see on their phone. Customers understand why work is needed when they can see it.
Sales packs
Merge the order form, the pre-delivery inspection, warranty and handover documents into one pack with page numbers for each sale. The customer gets one file at handover instead of a folder of loose paper.

Can a customer sign on our desk tablet?
Yes. Open the job card in the tablet’s browser and let the customer sign with Sign PDF, or send it to their email.
Can we use Macaaw for finance agreements?
Finance agreements are usually signed in the lender’s own system, so use that. Macaaw is for your own documents, such as orders, estimates and handover packs.
Are logbook and ID copies safe?
Scanning runs on the device, and you can protect the copy with a password. Server tools delete files within 2 hours.
Can mechanics use it on a phone?
Yes. Every tool works in a phone’s browser, and Macaaw Scan can be installed as an app.
Can we check parts invoices automatically?
Invoice check on Business reads invoices, orders and delivery notes and flags differences, and a person always approves.
Can we send inspection reports by text message?
On Business, documents sent for signature can invite signers by text message as well as email. For a report the customer only needs to see, email it as a compressed PDF.
