Can drivers use it without installing anything?
Yes. Every tool works in a phone’s browser. Macaaw Scan can also be installed from the browser for quicker capture.
Can we check carrier invoices automatically?
Invoice check on Business reads invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes and flags differences, and a person always approves the result.
How big can a customs pack be?
On Business you can work with files up to 500 MB and up to 200 files at a time, then compress the pack to the size the receiving system accepts.
Who can see the documents?
Files used by a tool are deleted within 2 hours. Agreements you send are visible to you and your workspace admins, and kept encrypted until everyone has signed and then for 30 days.
Can we make scanned delivery notes searchable?
Yes. Text recognition turns a scan into a searchable PDF, so a delivery or consignment note can be found by order number, customer or date. Macaaw Scan can also read the text on the device for printed English, Welsh, French, German and Spanish.
