Questions
Brokers ask
Can customers sign without an account?
Yes. They open the link in the email, read the form and sign on any phone or computer. You can add an access code you give them by phone for extra assurance.
Will compressing a claim file blur the photos?
Compression reduces image detail to reach the size you ask for, while text stays sharp. If an insurer needs original photos, send those as well; Macaaw never changes the files you upload.
How long do you keep claim documents?
Files used by a tool are deleted within 2 hours, or sooner under your workspace policy. Agreements sent for signature are kept encrypted until everyone has signed and then for 30 days, unless you delete them first.
Can we compare two versions of a policy wording?
Yes. Compare PDFs highlights every change between two versions page by page. It is included in Pro and Business.
Does Invoice check pay suppliers?
No. It reads invoices and flags differences against the purchase order or estimate, and a person always approves. Payments stay in your own systems.
