Can clients approve work without an account?
Yes. Send the final proof for signature; the client signs on any device and you get a certificate of when they approved it.
Will compressing a deck spoil the images?
Compression reduces image detail to reach the size you choose, while text stays sharp. Keep the original for print and send the compressed copy by email.
Can we add our logo to signature emails?
Yes. On Business, agreement emails can show your logo.
Can Compare PDFs check a proof round?
Yes. It marks text and layout differences between two versions page by page. It is included in Pro and Business.
Where are our files processed?
Browser tools never upload files. Server tools run in London and delete files within 2 hours.
